Delivery on account for businesses with more than one branch.
Kitchen depots, builders merchants and showrooms book bulky deliveries, or a van and driver for the day, under one account. Each branch books its own work, quotes its own PO and gets its own monthly invoice.

What a trade account gives you
A login for every branch
Head office sees every branch. Each branch manager books and tracks their own work, and finance sees the invoices.
Your PO number on every booking
Add a PO and cost centre when you book, so the invoice matches what your accounts team expects to see.
One invoice per branch, monthly
Each branch gets a monthly invoice listing every job, or one per PO if that suits your buying process better.
Pay on account
Payment terms with a credit limit for the business and, if you want, for each branch. No card at the counter.
Proof you can show a customer
Photos at collection and at the drop, a named recipient, and live tracking your branch can share.
A report per branch
Jobs booked, filled and delivered on time, branch by branch, so you can see what the service is doing for you.

Trade accounts: common questions
Who is a DropNPickUp trade account for?
Businesses that send bulky goods from more than one branch or showroom: kitchen and joinery depots, builders merchants, tile, flooring and bathroom showrooms, and furniture and bed retailers. A single shop can open one too. The account is built for many branches booking under one business.
How do we pay?
On account. Each branch gets a monthly invoice listing its jobs (or one invoice per PO), with payment terms and a credit limit agreed when the account opens. If a booking would take a branch over its limit, it is held for our team to review rather than refused without a word.
Can each branch book for itself?
Yes. Head office adds users and decides who sees what. A branch manager books and tracks work for their own branch only, head office sees everything, and a finance user sees invoices without being able to book.
Do you replace our own delivery fleet?
Usually not. Most trade customers use us for the overflow: busy weeks, a van off the road, a two-person job your branch can't staff, or a delivery outside your usual area. You can book job by job or take a van and driver for the day.
Where do you cover?
We run across 21 cities and their surrounding towns in England, from London and the South East to the Midlands, East Anglia and the North West, plus our home base in St Neots. We don't run a depot in every town; we bring the right van and driver to your branch.
Are deliveries insured?
Every job carries goods-in-transit cover of at least £50,000, and the driver photographs the goods at collection and at the drop.
