Furniture fulfilment: common questions
What is a furniture 3PL?
A third-party logistics partner that stores your furniture, picks and packs each order and delivers it to your customer, so you don't run a warehouse or a fleet. Ours is built for bulky items: two-person crews, room-of-choice delivery and returns handled in the UK.
How do orders reach you?
Send them by CSV or through the API and each order becomes a scheduled delivery automatically. Stock levels, reserved stock and deliveries in progress are visible in your merchant dashboard.
Can you deliver to the room of choice and assemble?
Yes. Two-person crews place each item in the room your customer chose, build flat-pack on request and take the packaging away. Every handover is photographed.
Do you handle returns?
Yes. Returns are collected from the customer's door, inspected and photographed, then restocked, repaired or disposed of to your rules.
How is storage priced?
By space and time, agreed in your contract before the first pallet arrives, with goods-in inspection included. Tell us your stock profile and monthly order volume and we'll quote.
Is there a minimum volume?
Onboarding is partner-led, so we agree the account, warehouse space and rate card with you first. There's no self-service signup, and we'll tell you honestly if your volume is too small for the model to work.
