What counts as a large item?
Anything a parcel network won't take: appliances, exercise equipment, garden furniture, single pallets and oversized boxes. We price by size band, from small (up to 50 kg) to a full van load, and the crew and van are matched to the band you choose.
What's the biggest item you can carry?
A van load. Items over about 250 kg get a two-person crew as standard, and pallets go on a van with a tail lift. If you're not sure which band your item falls into, describe it in the quote tool and we'll confirm before you pay.
Can you collect a single pallet?
Yes. Choose the pallet size when you get your price and a tail-lift van is sent. We collect from trade counters, warehouses and homes, and hand-deliver rather than route it through a depot.
How much does a large item courier cost?
The typical prices above are live figures from our pricing engine for real routes. Your own price depends on distance and size band, and you see the whole figure before you book, with no oversize surcharges added later.
