Do you deliver under our name?
Yes. Subcontracted jobs run to the service standards we agree with you, with tracking and proof of delivery you can pass to your customer. Your customer stays yours.
How do we send you jobs?
By phone, email or your business account, with the job details and any site or access notes. For regular overflow we set up a trade account so your team can post jobs in a couple of taps.
What are your trade rates?
Agreed per company based on item sizes, routes and volume. Talk to our team with a typical week's work and we'll put a rate card together.
Are your crews insured for our customers' goods?
Yes. Every job carries goods-in-transit cover of at least £50,000, and every driver is identity-checked and document-verified before they take work.
Can we use you only at peak?
Yes. There's no minimum volume and no subscription. Many couriers only hand us work in peak weeks or for the two-person jobs their parcel fleet can't do.
