DropNPickUp — sometimes written as Drop and Pick Up — specialises in moving the items that ordinary parcel couriers often cannot handle. From sofas, wardrobes and appliances to pallets of stock, auction purchases and full-room clearances, our platform connects customers and businesses with verified local drivers who have the right vehicles and experience for the job.

We support private customers, furniture sellers, retailers, auction houses, house-clearance companies and international sellers that require reliable UK storage, fulfilment and final-mile delivery services. Customers can post a job, receive a clear price and arrange collection with a suitable verified driver.

DropNPickUp was founded by two owner-drivers, Innocent Malunga and Amstrong Adado, who believed the delivery industry could do better for the people behind the wheel. Having experienced the challenges drivers face first-hand, they created a platform designed to put drivers at the centre of the business rather than treating them as an afterthought.

Unlike many delivery apps that focus mainly on reducing prices and maximising platform fees, DropNPickUp is built around fair opportunities, transparent job information, realistic pricing and respect for drivers’ time, vehicles and operating costs. We believe that when drivers are treated fairly, customers receive a more dependable, professional and personal service.

We built DropNPickUp because moving bulky goods should not mean choosing between an expensive man-and-van quotation and a faceless national courier service that may not be equipped to handle the item properly. Our local delivery marketplace combines verified drivers, live tracking, clear communication and fair pricing to create a better experience for both customers and the drivers who keep the UK moving.
