Draft for review. This document is a good-faith draft prepared to a UK / UK-GDPR standard. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed and approved by a qualified solicitor — and the bracketed placeholders completed with your registered-company details — before you rely on it.

You must not post, send, or carry any of the following through DropNPickUp:
- anything illegal to own, sell, or transport in the UK;

Perishable goods, fragile items, and large or heavy loads may only be sent where the chosen service and vehicle are suitable for them.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- provide false, misleading, or incomplete information about yourself, a job, or an item;
- create accounts using someone else’s identity, or operate multiple accounts to evade limits or penalties;
- arrange or take payment off-platform to avoid platform fees, or otherwise circumvent the matching and payment system;

3. Drivers — additional expectations
Drivers must keep their licence, insurance and vehicle documentation valid and accurate, must not carry passengers or goods in a way that breaches their insurance, and must handle every customer’s goods with reasonable care.
4. Consequences of breach
Breaching this policy may lead to a job being cancelled, content being removed, reliability penalties, suspension, or permanent closure of your account. Serious breaches may be reported to the police or other authorities, and we may pursue any losses caused to us or other users.
5. Reporting a problem
