DropNPickUp
Tiles, flooring and bathrooms

Tile, flooring and bathroom delivery that goes inside, not on the drive.

Heavy tile boxes, flooring packs, baths, shower trays and vanity units, carried into the house or onto site by a two-person crew. Your showroom sells it; we get it there in one piece.

Who it's for

  • Tile and flooring showrooms
  • Bathroom and plumbing showrooms
  • Carpet and flooring retailers
  • Online sellers of heavy tile and bathroom goods

The problem

Tiles are heavy, glass is fragile, and kerbside isn't good enough

A bathroom order can weigh more than a sofa and arrives in twenty boxes. Dropped on the drive, it gets left in the rain, miscounted or carried upstairs by a customer who then calls about a cracked tray.

How DropNPickUp helps

Two people, counted boxes, a photo at the door

The crew counts the boxes at your counter and again at the drop, carries them where the customer wants them, and photographs the delivery. Glass and ceramics travel upright and strapped. The job goes on the branch's monthly invoice with its PO.

What we carry

We run vans, not lorries: if it fits a long-wheelbase or Luton van and one or two people can carry it, it’s our work. See all trade accounts.

What a trade account gives you

Tiles, flooring and bathrooms: common questions

How heavy a tile order can you take?

Up to the van's legal payload, which we check against your order when you book. A big tile order is often heavier than it looks, so give us the box count and weight per box and we send the right van, or split it over two trips.

Will the crew carry a bath upstairs?

Yes, on a two-person job. Tell us the floor and whether the stairs turn, and the crew plans the carry before they arrive. They place it in the room the customer chooses and photograph it there.

What if a box arrives damaged?

The driver photographs and counts the goods at collection and again at the drop, so it's clear where any damage happened. Claims go through our goods-in-transit cover, which is at least £50,000 per job.

Can our showroom book for the customer and invoice us?

Yes. The showroom books under its branch account and the job goes on the branch's monthly invoice. The customer gets the delivery details and tracking; the bill comes to you.
