Can you receive a container?
Yes. Send a container or pallets to our warehouse and we unload, check and photograph the stock, then store it ready to ship to UK customers. Tell us the container size and the number of cartons when you enquire.
Do you handle customs?
We receive goods once they've cleared. Customs declarations and import duty are handled by your freight forwarder or customs agent. We're happy to work alongside the forwarder you already use.
Can you be our UK returns address?
Yes. UK returns come back to our warehouse, are inspected and photographed, then restocked or disposed of to your rules, so you never ship a return across a border.
How fast can orders ship once stock is here?
Orders sent by CSV or API become scheduled deliveries straight away, and most UK deliveries happen within days of the order. Large items go out with a two-person crew to the customer's room of choice.
