What is bulky goods fulfilment?
Warehousing and order fulfilment built for things that don't fit a parcel network: we receive your stock, store it, pick and pack each order and deliver it with a two-person crew when the item needs one. Standard 3PLs are built around conveyor belts; this is built around a Luton van and two people.
How do orders reach you?
Push orders to us by CSV or through the API and each one becomes a scheduled delivery automatically. You see stock levels, reserved stock and what's out for delivery in your merchant dashboard.
How is storage charged?
By space and time, agreed in your contract before the first pallet arrives. Goods-in inspection and condition photos are part of the service. Talk to our team with your stock profile and monthly order volume and we'll quote.
Do you handle returns?
Yes. Large-item returns are collected from the customer's door, inspected and photographed, then restocked, routed for repair or disposed of to your rules, with a record at every step.
