How do you collect large returns?
We book a collection with your customer, send a two-person crew where the item needs one, and bring it back to our warehouse or to you. The customer gets a slot and tracking, the same as a delivery.
What happens to returned items?
Each one is inspected and photographed on arrival, then restocked, routed for repair or disposed of to your rules. You get a record at every step, so there's no mystery stock.
Can my customer book the collection themselves?
Yes. You can send them a link to book a slot, or book it for them. Either way they see the slot, the reminders and the crew on the day.
How much does a return collection cost?
Returns are priced like deliveries: by distance and item size, with two-person handling included where the item needs it. Regular senders get contracted rates.
