Different from the standard service in three ways.
Photo trail at every step
The driver photographs the item at pickup AND drop-off, with at least three angles each time. Stored immutably; if there's ever a dispute, the photos decide it.
Two-person when it counts
Pianos and motorbikes default to a two-person crew. The lead driver invites a second; payout splits automatically (default 60/40).
How the pricing works.
On top of the standard delivery quote, we add a surcharge based on what you declare the item is worth. Drivers earn more (85% of the surcharge); we keep the rest to fund the insurance + dispute reserve.

Worked example: a £6,000 painting → surcharge is £288 including VAT (£240 before VAT). Driver receives £204 of that on top of their standard fare. All figures include VAT at 20%.

White-glove delivery: common questions
How much does white-glove delivery cost?
Your normal delivery price plus a surcharge based on the value you declare for the item, with a minimum and a cap shown on this page. Items above the cap are quoted by a person rather than a formula.
Is my antique or artwork insured in transit?
Yes. White-glove jobs carry cover based on the declared value on top of the standard goods-in-transit insurance, and every stage is photographed from at least three angles so condition is never in dispute.
Do you move pianos?
Yes. Pianos default to a two-person crew with padded transport and the right straps and ramps. Tell us the type of piano and the access at both ends when you book.
Do you transport motorbikes?
Yes. Motorbikes are strapped down with proper tie-downs and loaded by ramp, always with two people. Say whether the bike runs so the crew brings the right kit.
