Common questions
Can you receive a 40 ft container?
Yes. Send the container to our warehouse and we unload, check and photograph the cartons, then store them ready to ship. Tell us the container size and carton count when you enquire.
Do you act as importer of record?
No. Customs and import duty are handled by your freight forwarder or customs agent; we receive the goods once they've cleared. We work alongside the forwarder you already use.
How do UK orders reach you?

What happens with returns?
