How do I get an auction lot delivered?
Tell us the saleroom, the lot and your address, and we collect it once it's paid for. Put the two postcodes and the item into the quote tool for a price, or ask the auction house to book us on your behalf.
How quickly must a lot be collected?
Most salerooms want lots cleared within a few days of the sale, and charge storage after that. Book collection as soon as you've paid and we'll schedule it inside the saleroom's window.
Can you store a lot until I'm ready?
Yes. If you can't take delivery straight away, we collect from the saleroom, hold the lot in secure storage and deliver when you choose. Ask for storage when you book.
Do you handle antiques, art and fragile pieces?
Yes. Furniture, art and antiques are blanket-wrapped, carried by two people where needed and photographed at every handover. For very high-value pieces, see our white-glove service.
Do auction houses get trade rates?
Yes. Salerooms that send us regular work get contracted rates, a link their buyers can use to book, and one point of contact. Talk to our team to set it up.
